The body is constantly communicating when we’re in Rapid Eye Movement (R.E.M.) or in day dreams, but we haven’t really been taught how to receive or to decode. Decoding information that our body is sending us is considered biological data.
Why is it powerful to journal - especially in the morning?
Writing in the morning when we are still raw creates an incredible bridge between our subconsciousness and reality. And the more we travel between those two worlds, the more we’ll become fluent in being aware and present in your real world. And by making more room, we become more present in today’s world by decluttering and decoding.
