Ingredients:
• 1 frozen banana
• 1/2 cup yoghurt
• 1/2 cup almond milk
• 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
• 1 Tsp nut butter
• 1 Tsp vanilla
• 1 Tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of nutmeg, ginger, allspice
Mix all ingredients together in the blender and enjoy!
