One of the main ingredients is Turmeric, number one anti inflammatory ingredients that you should include in your diet every day along with fat so it can be absorbed properly.
1/2 cup JJar Cashew butter
3 tbs Maple syrup
1 tbs Diet Food Hemp Powder
1 tbs Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tbs Golden Magic Powder (details below)
Pinch of salt
1/3 Cup Coconut Flour
2 tbs Coconut Butter
Golden Magic Powder:
1/8 tsp ground clove
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
4 tbs ground turmeric
Mix 1: Start with mixing the cashew butter, maple syrup, golden magic powder, hemp powder and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Mix 2: After that, add in the coconut flour and mix until you get a doughy-like consistency.
To prep for the frosting, you can optionally use coconut butter melted (it is melted on top of hot water) and shredded coconut.
Use 1 tbs to scoop out the quantity you want and roll it and roll it out to make sure they all have somewhat the same size. Makes around 12 bites.
You can roll the bites in shredded coconut, leave them plain or garnish them with coconut butter.
