This green smoothie is made with spinach, basil, ginger, strawberries, dates, chia or psyllium husk, oats or banana, and almond milk. It’s so easy to do and needed for healthy insides and outsides.

- Handful of Spinach
- A Few Basil Leaves
- 6 Medium Chunks of Ginger
- 1 Small Frozen Banana or 2 tbsp. Oats
- 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Date Cut into Chunks
- For fiber: 1 tbsp. Chia or 1 tsp. Psyllium Husk
