Ready to not bake? Here’s what to do.
You will need:
- Baking tray
- Baking paper
You can find most of the ingredients listed below at Mint Basil Market.
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter or chocolate peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1-2 tsp chia seeds
Prepare all your ingredients and put them all in the bowl. Mix them all together well until you have a paste.
Then take small chunks of this paste and form balls. After lining your baking tray with baking paper to avoid stickiness, flatten the balls lightly using your fingers.
Freeze for 30mins. Take a generous bite and enjoy!
Keep your cookies stored in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
