October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) and we're going all PINK with a super simple, super delicious Pink Strawberry-Tini by Certified Holistic Health Coach and Mint Basil Expert Tamara Quaddoumi.
The key ingredient in this recipe are the pre-frozen milk ice cubes that make the WHOLE difference! This drink makes for a delicious breakfast or snack!
- 6-8 Pre-Frozen Milk Ice Cubs, 1/2 Coconut Milk 1/2 Almond Milk (or any milk combination of choice)
- 3/4 Cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced in quarters (measured after slicing)
- 3 to 4 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

In a large cup or jug, mix in half almond milk and half coconut milk then pour the mixture into an icetray. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely frozen.
In a blender, add 6 to 8 large milk ice cubes (or 8 to 12 small milk ice cubes), fresh strawberries, and maple syrup and blend until a thick liquid is formed.
Pour into a martini glass, and enjoy!
