Ashwagandha & Maca Morning Smoothie

  • 300mL Plant-Based Milk of Choice
  • 1 tsp. Ashwaganda Powder
  • 1 tsp. Maca Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Ginger Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp. Oat Flakes
  • 1 Medium Banana


Simply pour the milk into a blender and add all the the ingredients. Blitz until combined and smooth, and serve immediately!
