Here’s the recipe of Mira hoss ‘s favorite healthy breakfast creations. It’s high in protein, energy boosting, vegan, gluten free & refined sugar free. *Cinnamon Chia Oatmeal (aka Morning Layers of Happiness)

Base ingredients:
-1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
-1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
-1 tbsp oat flakes (optional gluten free oats in case of intolerance, she used @nabatorganiclb ‘s GF oats)
-1 tbsp chia seeds
-1 tbsp unflavored or vanilla flavored plant based protein (she used @mondayfitness ‘s rice protein powder)
-1 tsp maca powder (optional for an extra energy kick and other health benefits)
-1 tbsp of any healthy nut butter (she used @jjarhomemade ‘s Cashew Butter)
-1/2 tsp orange blossom water
