Naturally sweet, creamy, and satisfying, this banana date smoothie is a delicious way to start your day! Made with just six simple ingredients, it’s also super easy to whip up. And since it’s packed with healthy ingredients like fiber-rich frozen bananas, dates, rolled oats, and almond butter, it will keep you full all day!

- 2 Bananas, frozen
- 4 Dates, pitted
- ½ Teaspoon Cardamom or Cinnamon
- ¼ Cup Rolled Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
- 2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
Simply place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend for 2-3 minutes until combined into a smooth and creamy texture. You can add more almond milk if it is too thick.
Pour into a cup and enjoy cold immediately! You can also store in the fridge for up to 12 hours.
