Gluten Free Pumpkin Spice Bread By Tamara Quaddoumi


Delicious almond flour base pumpkin bread packed with ayurvedic spices AKA pumpkin spice! Perfect for breakfast or dessert & can be made till December!
 Ingredients: Directions:
  • Preheat oven at 175 C
  • Oil parchment paper with coconut oil or any other
  • Add eggs
  • Add pumpkin puree
  • Add maple and vanilla
  • Whisk throughout 
  • Add in dry ingredients
  • Add pumpkin spice blend
  • Add baking soda
  • Whisk well - watch out for the oat flour clumps
  • Transfer to baking tin
  • Bake for 55 min
