What better way to beat the summer heat than a refreshing and energizing iced coffee? How about a healthy homemade frappuccino? Licensed Dietician and Mint Basil Health Expert Hitaf Zwein shares a simple recipe for this must-try summer drink! 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp. Instant Coffee
  • 1 Cup Milk of choice
  • 1 Frozen Banana (or half, depending on size)
  • Sweetener of choice

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the instant coffee, milk, and frozen banana to a blender, and whizz until combined. Add your sweetener, and ENJOY!
