No Bake Cookies Recipe by Sunchef

No Bake Cookies Recipe by Sunchef

In this heatwave, standing in front of the oven to bake is a death wish. But how else to make your favorite desserts like cookies and brownies?

Have no fear; Sunchef is here! Sunchef’s Souraya Aouad has a delicious cookie recipe that is healthy, quick, doesn’t require any cooking skills, and does not need an oven.

Forget all you know about cookies and get amazed by how much easier this recipe is than classic chocolate cookies. No need for eggs, milk, or gluten flour! The taste will remain the same if not better.

These cookies are perfect to whip up in case of any last-minute guests showing up at your door (or some after midnight munchies). You might want to call them ‘summer cookies’ because they will cool you down. Beware though, these are so tasty, they’re super addictive!

Souraya loves creating recipes that turn traditional dishes into delicious, decadent, and guilt-free foods. From her happy belly to yours, today, she redefines healthy no-bake cookies.

Ready to not bake? Here’s what to do.

You will need:

  • Bowl
  • Tablespoon
  • Baking tray
  • Baking paper

You can find most of the ingredients listed below at Mint Basil Market.

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter or chocolate peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1-2 tsp chia seeds

Step 1

Prepare all your ingredients and put them all in the bowl. Mix them all together well until you have a paste.

Step 2

Then take small chunks of this paste and form balls. After lining your baking tray with baking paper to avoid stickiness, flatten the balls lightly using your fingers.

Step 3

Freeze for 30mins. Take a generous bite and enjoy!

Keep your cookies stored in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
