No-Bake Granola Bars

These no-bake granola bars are soft, chewy, and so simple to make at home, and can be customized with your favorite nut butter, dried fruits, nuts and seeds, and chocolate!

BASE INGREDIENTS

  • 2½ Cups Whole Oats (Regular or Gluten-Free)
  • 1 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 2/3 Cups Honey (or Maple Syrup or Agave Syrup)
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

ADD-ON INGREDIENTS

  • Chocolate Chips
  • Dried Fruits (Goji Berries, Cranberries, etc.)
  • Seeds (Sunflower, Pumpkin, Chia, etc.)
  • Nuts (Almonds, Pecans, Hazelnuts, etc.)
  • Or other ingredients of choice!

DIRECTIONS

1 - MIX: In a large bowl, add and mix in the nut butter, honey, and salt until smooth.

2 - COMBINE: Add the oats and other ingredients of choice, and mix until combined.

3 - PRESS: Transfer the mixture into a baking pan lined with a baking sheet and press firmly into the pan using another baking sheet until flat.

4 - CHILL: Chill for at least 1 hour, then slice, serve, and enjoy! Store the bars in the fridge to maintain freshness.

5 - SLICE & SERVE!
