Yourfitnessguide's Sfouf recipe for independence day

Happy Independence Day! @Yourfitnessguide used local products, bought on Mint Basil Market for her Sfouf, a traditional Lebanese dessert.


- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1.5 cup coconut milk 
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- 1.5 cup anise seeds water
- 2 TBSP baking powder
- 3 TSP ground turmeric
- 2 TBSP Sesame seeds for garnish 


- Mix Flour with powder powder and olive oil
- In a separate bowl, mix all remaining ingredients
- Add mixed mixture over the flour and blend together until smooth texture
- Brush olive oil in a baking pan
- Add mixture and garnish with Sesame seeds
- Bake for 30 mins
- Rest for 30 mins
