Orders

Placing an order with Mint Basil Market is as simple as it is exciting!

How can I place an order?

Start by signing up and logging into your account with your email address on the Account page.

Once you find the item(s) you wish to buy, simply add the item(s) to your cart and check out directly on the website to place your order.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

If you wish to cancel or edit your order by adding or removing an item(s) after the order has been placed and confirmed, please reach out to us via WhatsApp on +961-76-619096 or by email on operations@mintbasilmarket.com

Can I exchange or return my order?

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, reach out to us via WhatsApp on on +961-76-99608 or send us an email to operations@mintbasilmarket.com

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exclusive Sale Items & Special Offers

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will, in certain cases, be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery

We ship all over Lebanon! Make sure to select your delivery area during checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

Delivery takes place Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Orders are delivered within 0 to 3 business days from date order is placed.

Delivery dates is dependent on the delivery area:

Central Beirut: Same Day Delivery (Within 3 Hours)

Around Beirut: Same or Next Day Delivery

Greater Beirut: 2 Business Days

Rest of Lebanon: 2 to 3 Business Days

Orders placed during high seasons or special sales and events might be subject to delays. No delivery will take place on Sundays or on public holidays where we choose to close.

The Mint Basil Market team may contact you at any point during fulfillment and dispatching to inform you of the delivery date and approximate time as well as give you an update.

How much do you charge delivery?

Delivery charges are listed on the checkout page. At checkout, you will be requested to select your shipping area. Delivery charges vary depending on the area.
